8 Key points for Project Development in Pharmaceuticals

Hi! How are you? I hope things are well with you. It is a nice sunny day in April, here. April is a beautiful month to start new things. Did you know that a big company like Apple was founded in April 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, , and Ronald Wayne ? Good times for start-ups, growing your business, improving your work and career, signing for new projects, developing new projects which is one of my favorites!

Developing a new project in pharmaceuticals is pretty exciting for me because I believe that it improves the people in many ways and adding value on the project makes the whole team happy at the end. Here are 8 points why project development is strategically important in pharmaceuticals :

  • Learning new topics, improving in different areas
  • Doing a lot of research which is beneficial in many ways that can fascinate people
  • Choosing a proper strategy and roadmap. Sometimes there are challenges while finding the strategy but the route to finding it teaches a lot.
  • Growing your network with new people specialized in the specific areas, sharing information with them is nice and pleasing.
  • Discussing your way with mentors, getting their ideas, listening to their experiences ( I know because I do) is a privilege
  • Getting the Ideas of R&D people opens new gates in business. As John Naisbitt once said “We are drowning in information but starved for knowledge”. So, knowledgeable people in R&D can guide which technical information is required in the relevant area.
  • Sharing the Ideas of Regulatory Colleagues, getting their ideas on the requirements and compliances, the route for registration is a confirmation
  • Discussing forecasts, selling points, how the product can be placed in the market with Sales & Marketing Team is always dynamic and exciting.

Please share your comments below on the expectancy of a work on Regulatory affairs, Business Development, Projects Development.

Have a wonderful week!
